Technical
We are blessed to have the use of a similar configuration sister craft, returned to the UK after use in Nicaragua, and to be able to incorporate into her some of the modifications we feel would be of benefit to the Zambia craft.  This enables us to investigate any drawbacks and to refine details, before taking them to Africa for the real test.
This is an ongoing process.
 

Social, logistical, desirable
We are still considering the many aspects of any possible deployment in the area.

A recent visit to the area traversed by the craft during the 1990 Expedition to the source of the Yangtse River in China has found a parallel situation of transport difficulty during many months of the year.  Perhaps, in due course, there too we will have a useful place?
